Our Story

Over the Years

2011

Founded

In 2011 John and Tim joined forces to write and create original music.

 

  • September 18th, 2011 – John and Tim released thier first single “Ted’s Garage”.

2015-2019

Volatile Memory

John and Tim’s first band together “Volatile Memory” was formed. Featuring John’s original lyrics and vocals, Tim on drums, Dave Pepmiller on guitar, and Ryan on bass.

 

  • January 24th, 2019 – John and Tim release Volatile Memory’s only album “Branbury Cross”.

2020-2021

Volatile Memory Duo

John and Tim continued to write and record original music. They also recorded many cover songs, mostly as videos and remotely (due to COVID pandemic). This was also the start of their annual Christmas songs.

  • December 24th, 2020 – “Cheers it’s Christmas!” video released.

 

  • December 25th, 2021 – “Wishing you a Merry Christmas” video released.

86 Fries

John and Tim renamed the band to 86 Fries.

  • December 23rd, 2022 – “Punk Rock Christmas Song” video released.

 

  • December 14th, 2023 – “Cool for Christmas” single and video released.
